Meditation is the foundation of Tiger's Nest
Many years of meditation showed the way to making the centre in Gedved and to its architectural design. Already while the house was being built, a group meditated on the project, and ever since the house has seen meditation on a daily basis. In the beginning in the mornings and evenings, today the number of scheduled meditation spaces is 5. The meditations are either on silence, one’s personal meditation, or the current collective meditation.
My meditation is the basis for the teaching and for the collective process.
We meditate at every course, thus it is good if participants have prior experience with meditation.
Meditation and the collective process
Teaching at Tiger's Nest is guided by what we know as the collective process. This means that people who attend the courses work on their own process, but also have the opportunity of taking part in a collective, spiritual process about development of consciousness. You not only read about spiritual process, you participate actively – or at least you witness history while it is being written.
Process meditations
The collective process is mirrored in the monthly process meditation that can be emailed to anyone who feels connected to Tiger's Nest, regardless of where they live.
A large group of people do these meditations, and together they are in a learning process. The process meditations are a key to the collective process.
Collective consciousness
At Tiger's Nest, collective consciousness has been a fact since 1996. Collective consciousness is a collective state of higher consciousness, which gives the students access to a level of consciousness that is higher and more structured. A direct result is that newcomers experience more light, intensity, insight or love. Collective consciousness might also be called an internet of meditation, and everybody who is part of the collective consciousness can download information and inspiration by means of their meditation.
Advanced meditation
The collective process at Tiger's Nest continues at unreduced speed. The most important and biggest step in terms of energy was the grounding of advanced meditation on August 12th, 2006. It is now present in the collective field as an invitation to everyone.
We call it Dew Drop Meditation.
